Chiropractic care refers to the manipulation of vertebrae that have abnormal movements and are not functioning properly. A chiropractic adjustment will assist in fixing these issues.
Kids Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is not just for adults. In fact, there are more and more parents seeing the many benefits of their children seeing a chiropractor every single day. Some of the benefits are improved sleep, improved behavior and attitude, and improved immune system function.
Children encounter many physical stresses in their life that you may not realize. These stresses can cause your child’s spine to have issues in growth and development.
The first thing that we will do when you see us is take a thorough history of your child’s health. You are able to explain to us any complaints that you or your child may have. We will then do a complete physical examination of your child’s spine. We want to ensure that all areas are working and functioning correctly.
Pregnancy
Many people assume that pregnant women should not see a chiropractor. The truth is actually the opposite. Chiropractors work with the body’s natural ability to adapt and function the way that is was designed to, which is vital for the normal physiological function of both the mother and the baby during pregnancy and birth.
During pregnancy, your body goes through many changes, including developmental and hormonal changes. Many of your ligaments may shift, and any women experience lower back pain as a result. Our job is to assist you with this and make your pregnancy experience enjoyable and pain free.
Wellness Care
There are so many things you can do to become healthier. Many people think that becoming healthier means salads for every meal and exercising daily. We recommend that you start slow. What is one thing that you are doing every day that you could switch out for something healthier? Could you stop drinking that can of soda for dinner and instead grab a water bottle? Becoming healthier is all about making small changes.
Our trained professionals will work with you to understand your body and how you can put your wellness first. We want you to get the results you are looking for.
Colic
Colic is frequent, prolonged and intense crying or fussiness in a healthy infant. Colic can be particularly frustrating for parents because the baby’s distress occurs for no apparent reason and no amount of consoling seems to bring any relief. These episodes often occur in the evening, when parents themselves are often tired.
Episodes of colic usually peak when an infant is about 6 weeks old and decline significantly after 3 to 4 months of age. While the excessive crying will resolve with time, managing colic adds significant stress to caring for your newborn child.
You can take steps that may lessen the severity and duration of colic episodes, alleviate your own stress, and bolster confidence in your parent-child connection.

Ear Infections
An ear infection (acute otitis media) is most often a bacterial or viral infection that affects the middle ear, the air-filled space behind the eardrum that contains the tiny vibrating bones of the ear. Children are more likely than adults to get ear infections.
Ear infections frequently are painful because of inflammation and buildup of fluids in the middle ear.
